Tom and Colleen are the owners of the shop. Both are fun to work with and for.

At first glance you may think Colleen looks like she might work in a library or office at an elementary school, which she does, but she is usually the one holding your hand during a piercing or being the voice of reason behind your choice while picking out a tattoo.

When Tom isn't at his other job, you can usually find him walking around making sure things are running smoothly or sitting on the front bench dreaming about having enough free time to ride one of his bikes on some beach, somewhere.
